Green Juice, to keep you energized for hours
A very easy to make green healthy and tasty juice. To go, or to enjoy at home. For the nice picture and Dutch recipe check my instagram account.
You need: A blender and two glasses.
A hand full baby spinach, 3 baby tomatoes (very tasty), 1/2 avocado, 2 stalks of celery, 1/2 apple, 2 cm ginger (less if you have a sensitive stomach), 5 cm cucumber, 1 glass of water, a spoonful olive oil, squeeze of lemonjuice, twist of salt and peper.
Clean all the veggies and cut them into smaler peaces. Blend them till you have a smooth green juice. Enjoy!
